How do I request an appointment?
What can I expect at my initial appointment?
During your initial appointment, you and Dana (our Founder and Case Manager) will discuss your situation and the tasks that need to be completed. We will then prepare a task list and will arrange follow-up visits or calls with you as needed.
Where will the initial appointment take place?
Generally, our case manager likes to meet with you in your home, so it is convenient for you and so it is more likely that relevant documents and materials will be on-hand for your discussion.
When are appointments available?
Appointments are generally available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. However, evening and weekend appointments can also be arranged.
Will my personal information be secure?
Protecting your personal information is our top priority, and we take appropriate steps to do so. Our consultant is a bonded employee. Referrals are available upon request.
Why hire us?
Our passion is supporting people when they need it most—and preparing for end-of-life matters or processing a loved one’s affairs after he or she has passed is one of those times. We have more than 25 years’ experience managing estate and probate matters and, as a result, are able to save our clients money, stress, and time. We are also a lower-cost alternative to an attorney or financial planner and provide many of the same services. Please visit our About Us page and our Services page for additional information.
