Probate doesn’t have to be difficult, (misconceptions of the probate process!)
If someone dies without a Will the state will get all the assets, not true! Although it is good to write a Will, but many people die without a Will, it is called intestate. The heirs, the next of kin, would be able to probate and/or assume your assets. The state generally doesn’t get the money, as long as there is someone in line, they will inherit. Although rules vary from state to state, generally this is the case.
